DELIVERY OPTIONS

Please note that our delivery options exclusively include standard or expedited courier services for home delivery, and click-and-collect at selected Pargo locations. Kindly be informed that click-and-collect to our stores is not available at this time. We appreciate your understanding as we strive to ensure a reliable and efficient delivery experience for your orders.

COLLECT YOUR ORDER FROM A PARGO PICK-UP POINT

Select one of the Pargo Pick-Up points (PUP) during checkout and collect your order at a time & location that's convenient for you.

  • R60 for all order values.
  • Click & Collect orders take 5-7 working days to reach your selected Pargo Pick-Up Point, from the day after your order is placed.
  • You will be notified via email & SMS when your order is ready for collection.
  • You will need proof of ID and your Pargo code in order to collect your order.
  • Selected products are not available for Click & Collect delivery due to their size and/or weight. If these products are in your shopping cart, you will not see this option during checkout.
  • We currently only deliver within South Africa.

HAVE YOUR ORDER DELIVERED

There are 2 options for delivery to your address, as follows:

  • Standard delivery:
    • Delivery to main centres within 2 – 4 working days (Cape Town, Johannesburg, Pretoria).
    • Delivery to regional & outlying areas could take up to 5 – 7 working days.
    • FREE for orders over R999 or R75 for orders less than R999.

  • Expedited delivery:
    • Delivery to main centres within 2 – 3 working days (Cape Town, Johannesburg, Pretoria).
    • Delivery to regional & outlying areas could take up to 3 – 5 working days.
    • R100 for all order values.

    • Please Note:

    • We will only deliver to a physical address, not P.O. Box addresses.
    • Please provide us with a physical address that is normally occupied during office hours as deliveries take place between 08h30 and 17h00 on weekdays (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays).
    • Every delivery must be signed and endorsed, as proof of delivery.
    • Additional delivery charges may apply to outlying areas, as well as the delivery of selected goods. If applicable, this will be highlighted during the checkout process.
    • We currently only deliver within South Africa.
